Medical Disposable Sterilization Autoclave Card Chemical Steam Sterilizer Indicator Strip
This product is a special chemical indicator card for pressure steam sterilization, with special chemical indicator ink painted on the surface. Under the damp heat action of saturated steam, after reaching a certain temperature and keeping a certain time, the indicator ink will undergo chemical reaction and the color changes obviously, so as to judge whether the center of the sterilized item reaches the specified sterilization conditions.
It is suitable for hospitals and health and epidemic prevention departments to monitor the sterilization effect and sterilization operation conditions of pressure steam at 121 ºC, 132 ºC and 134 ºC.
Place the chemical indicator card in the center of standard test package. After sterilization, open the package and take out the chemical indicator card for observation. If the indicated ink color reaches or is deeper than the standard color, it indicates that the sterilization package center has reached the specified sterilization temperature and time. If the color does not change or is lighter than the standard color, it means the regulated sterilization temperature and time is not reached.
