Our chemical indicator strips are manufactured without lead or other heavy metals. Constructed from special cardstock and high-quality indicator ink, they provide clear and accurate color changes to confirm the pack has been processed through Steam, E.O. Gas, or Plasma sterilization cycles.

Place the indicator strip in the center of the package, bag, or box. For hard containers, place the strip in corners or diagonally in the most difficult areas for steam penetration.
For standard 132ºC-134ºC saturated steam cycles, the indicator will turn from yellow to black within 3.5 minutes to determine successful processing.
