Autoclave or Steam Sterilization Indicator Strip Card
Class 4 chemical indicator cards for sterilization equipment are manufactured with special oil/water-based heat-sensitive ink. The card paper is special medical-grade paper to ensure dryness even in a wet package. The process indicator ink shows clear and accurate color change after a successful sterilization cycle.

Class 4 chemical indicator strips utilize color chemistry printed on a paperboard strip which progresses from yellow to black. The indicator coating is printed as two long strips - a black color reference standard is included for interpretive match.
Use as an internal chemical indicator to monitor exposure to conditions of steam sterilization inside packs for 121°C (250°F) and 134°C (272°F) gravity and vacuum-assisted steam sterilizer cycles.
It is suitable for indication of high-temperature steam sterilization processes. Quickly and intuitively reflect whether the sterilized items have been sterilized. After use, it can be used as a sterilization record for preservation.
When monitoring, it will be placed in the standard chemical indicator test kits or the most difficult to reach center. If placed with gauze or brown paper, it prevents the indicator card from becoming damp, ensuring accuracy.
