Premium Tray Liners: Intended for placement in or under sterilization trays to provide protection and absorb wetness and humidity during processing. Use within the tray, under the tray, or both.

Our 80gsm liners are produced with finely creped medical quality paper. High absorbency and rapid dispersion ensure condensate is removed during autoclaving, encouraging dry packs and improving the efficacy of the sterilisation process. These are ideal for use above or beneath trays to protect against sharp basket corners.

Most innovative are the Form-Fitting Liners, dye-cut to form a protective barrier for instruments from the bottom and sides of instrument baskets. Custom sizes for closed containers are available upon request.

Steps for Usage

1 Place liner either inside or beneath basket. In a container, place the liner in the case first.
2 Place items in the tray.
3 Use proper sterility assurance indicators following hospital protocol.
4 Wrap or close the package.
5 Place in steam or Ethylene Oxide sterilizer.
