Tray Liners are intended for placement in or under a sterilization tray as a means of protection and to absorb wetness and humidity during processing. Use Tray Liners within the tray, under the tray, or both if that's what you prefer.

80gsm medical quality paper: High absorbency and rapid dispersion ensures condensate is removed during autoclaving, encouraging dry packs and improving the efficacy of the sterilisation process. To be used above or beneath trays to protect against sharp basket corners.

Most innovative of all are the Form-Fitting Liners, dye-cut so that they form a protective barrier for instruments from the bottom and sides of instrument baskets. Special sizes for closed containers are available upon request.

Steps for Use

Place liner either inside or beneath basket. If using a container, place the liner in the case first.
Place items in tray.
Use proper sterility assurance indicators and follow protocol.
Wrap or close package.
Place in steam or Ethylene Oxide sterilizer.
