Tray Liners are intended for placement in or under a sterilization tray as a means of protection and to absorb wetness and humidity during processing. These liners can be used within the tray, under the tray, or both depending on your preference.
Our 80gsm liners are produced with finely creped medical quality paper. High absorbency and rapid dispersion ensures condensate is removed during autoclaving, encouraging dry packs and improving the efficacy of the sterilisation process. They are designed to be used above or beneath trays to protect against sharp basket corners.
Disposal: Single-use only. Dispose of in compliance with facility policy for disposing of all sterilization packaging.
Most innovative of all are the Form-Fitting Liners, dye-cut so that they form a protective barrier for instruments from the bottom and sides of instrument baskets. We provide custom sizes for closed containers based on your specific requirements.
