Medical Disposables Autoclave Steam Sterilization Indicator Tape is specifically designed for hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, and medical equipment manufacturers. It is used to seal packages or containers undergoing sterilization and serves as a visual confirmation of whether the item has been processed, effectively preventing the accidental mixing of sterilized and non-sterilized items.
How to use?
Place the tape on the package in an exhaust steaming pressure sterilizer at 120ºC for 20 minutes, or in a pre-vacuum pressure sterilizer at 134ºC for 3.5 minutes. The light yellow indicator lines will turn gray-black or black, confirming that the sterilization process requirements have been met.
