Using grade paper as substrate, coated with specific sterilization indicator ink and pressure-sensitive adhesive.
Osmotic production process allows indicator to penetrate completely, maintaining stability during sterilization.
Accurate color change under EO sterilization; indicates progress clearly from red to blue.
Labels can be marked with ballpoint or marker pens for efficient record management.
Complying with ISO11140-1 standards. Under conditions of formaldehyde gas (600mg/l±30mg/l), 54ºC±1ºC, and 60%±10%RH, the label changes from red to blue after 20min±15s.
Application Scope:Suitable for hospitals and health departments using ethylene oxide sterilizers to verify the sterilization process.
Result Determination:When the indicator color block changes from red/yellow to blue/black, sterilization is confirmed.
Shelf Life: 18 months when sealed at room temperature (15ºC-30ºC, 50% RH). Avoid moisture, sunlight, and corrosive gases.
