Tray Liners for Autoclave Shelves

Tray Liners are specifically designed for placement in or under sterilization trays. They serve as a vital means of protection, effectively absorbing wetness and humidity during processing. These liners can be used inside the tray, underneath the tray, or both depending on professional requirements.

Additionally, Form-Fitting Liners are dye-cut to provide a protective barrier for instruments from both the bottom and sides of instrument baskets.

Steps for Use:

• Place liner either inside or beneath the basket. If using a container, place the liner in the case first.
• Place items in the tray.
• Use proper sterility assurance indicators and follow hospital protocols.
• Wrap or close the package securely.
• Place in steam or Ethylene Oxide (EO) sterilizer.

Disposal:

These are single-use products. Dispose of them in compliance with facility policy for all sterilization packaging disposal.
