Product Description
Tray Liners are intended for placement in or under a sterilization tray as a means of protection and to absorb wetness and humidity during processing. Use Tray Liners within the tray, under the tray, or both if that's what you prefer.
80gsm liners are produced with finely creped medical quality paper. High absorbency and rapid dispersion ensures condensate is removed during autoclaving, encouraging dry packs and improving the efficacy of the sterilisation process.
Steps for Use
- Place liner either inside or beneath basket. In the event you are using a container, the liner should be placed in case first.
- Place items in tray.
- Use proper sterility assurance indicators and follow hospital protocol.
- Wrap or close package.
- Place in steam or Ethylene Oxide sterilizer.
Disposal: Single-use. Dispose of in compliance with facility policy for disposing of all sterilization packaging.
Form-Fitting Liners are dye-cut so that they form a protective barrier for instruments from the bottom and sides of instrument baskets. Special sizes for closed containers are available upon request.
